Current Proposal under consideration
Amendments to the zoning ordinance and/or zoning map can be proposed by the Town Board, Planning Board, planning staff, or by property owners. Criteria contemplated are listed in the application. It is important to remember that the proposed change in zone needs to meet the interests of, and be of benefit to the entire community.
