Queensbury Department of Parks & Recreation
General Information:
Under the direction of the Queensbury Recreation Commission, the Parks & Recreation Department is supported by a full time administrative and maintenance staff as well as a variety of trained program supervisors, life guards and activity leaders charged with providing year-round leisure time services to community residents. A variety of active, as well as passive recreational programs, activities and special events are offered for both children and adults. The department also operates and maintains nine (9) park facilities located throughout the community.
Hours of Operation:
The office is located at 742 Bay Rd., Queensbury (Queensbury Office Building) and operates Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily.
